The range of DimWater equipment, sister company of Dimasa Grupo, for wastewater treatment plants is extended with new solutions. These are specific systems for the aeration and decantation processes.

DIFFUSERS

 

Novel diffuser systems for a correct transfer of oxygen. Environmental regulations are increasingly restrictive and rising energy costs are forcing increased energy efficiency. Currently aeration systems account for between 30 and 70 percent of the estimated total energy costs in a typical plant. Increasing the efficiency of the biological treatment processes of your plant, you will obtain a great reduction of the operating costs.

We have two different systems to distribute:

Tubular Diffusers

 

  • Membranes made of high quality materials, available in EPDM and blend of special polymers.
  • Available in 62mm diameter and 1 meter in length.
  • Resistant to fouling and sealing.
  • Made of ABS and PVC for maximum resistance to chemicals, temperature and UV rays.
  • High strength design with stainless steel thread. Of ¾ “
  • Greater efficiency-cost ratio than circular diffusers.
  • Special accessories for perfect assembly.

 

Circular Diffusers

 

The system of circular coupling diffusers, without wedge, consists of a thread that allows perfect coupling of the diffusers, avoiding possible air leaks and facilitating the change of the diffusers without having to dismantle the structure of the grid.

We have two different systems according to your needs:

Fine Bubble Circular Diffusers

 

These types of diffusers are used for biological aeration, prior to discharge and odor control of sludge retention. Available in two sizes: 9 “and 12”.

 

Thick Bubble Circular Diffusers

 

For more demanding applications, such as sanders or industrial waste water, these diffusers are the preferred technology.

LAMELLARS

 

 

The lamellars distributed by Dim Water Solutions are specially designed to provide the highest efficiency in settling, being one of the models that increase the projected surface the most.

Its characteristics offer the best performance in the market: greater separation capacity of suspended solids, greater surface area per m2, reduction of civil engineering costs, assembling technology, freestanding and with food certificate.

Three different models:

 

We have three models of standard lamellars according to the distance between the walls of the module. In addition, if special measures are needed, we design the appropriate lamellar to obtain the highest decanting performance. We have engineering and we carry out the concrete study of each plant in order to optimize the system as much as possible.

SCRAPERS

 

Improved technology for the removal of floating particles, fats and oils. Circular scrapers have not been advanced until today, they continue to manufacture the same type of bridge scraper for the collection of sludge and floats with the usual problems of corrosion and maintenance.

With the new models, the defects of the old models are corrected. Although the function is the same, the design of the scraper completely changes the old ones. From a traction system anchored at the end of the decanter, and with a carriage system, there is no longer a bridge turning, but two blades that self-level in the function of the water level.

New Circular Scrapers

 

  • Corrosion is eliminated because the scrapers are constructed of stainless steel and thermoplastic materials.
  • More effective system for the recognition of floats, with self-leveling scrapers and diametrical recognition system.
  • Eliminate the problems of civil works, eliminating the bridge and the problems of wear in the concrete, due to its weight and its rotation.
  • Lower maintenance and lower energy consumption.
  • Possibility of incorporating resource packages for future expansions of the plant.
  • Can be installed in any existing decanter.
  • Made to optimize transportation and installation.

 

Classic Scrapers

 

  • They are the solution for the civil works of the purifiers, since it is totally adjustable to the possible imperfections.
  • They are equipped with a central bridge and made of stainless steel AISI-304 or AISI-316, which ensures the absence of corrosion and greater durability.
  • Reducing motors are equipped with a modified frequency to optimize and adjust the characteristics of the equipment to the needs of the customer.
  • Scraper blades can be adjusted to the optimum angle for correct operation.

 

Rectangular Scrapers

 

  • Constructed entirely in thermoplastic materials of high mechanical strength and stainless steel.
  • Possibility of including slats for future expansion of the facilities, which increases efficiency and reduces costs.
  • Ideal for refineries, water treatment plants and water purification.
  • Available in 2, 3 and 4 axes, adaptable to any rectangular raft.
  • Chain tensioning system without emptying of raft.
  • Certified to treat drinking water.
